This page applies to all market commentary, signals, statistics, and trade telemetry published on taominal.com, on our Telegram channels and Mini App, and in our indicators (together, “transmissions”).

1. Producer

All transmissions are produced by taominal (τao/minal), Portugal. Contact: [email protected].

2. Nature of the content

Transmissions are generated by automated, systematic models (“Genesis”) and published simultaneously and identically to everyone. They are general information for educational purposes — not personal recommendations, and they take no account of any recipient's objectives, financial situation, or needs. taominal is not a licensed investment firm, financial advisor, broker, exchange, or crypto-asset service provider; it executes no orders, holds no client funds, and has no access to any user's accounts.

3. Methodology and performance figures

Signals are produced algorithmically, without discretionary human intervention, and logged on the public ledger at taominal.com/ledger as they close — including adverse excursion (“max against”), not only favorable moves. All statistics we publish are calculated from this live record. Individual trades shown on the site (e.g. telemetry cards) are single past examples illustrating how signals are logged — they are not typical results and not predictions. Leverage multiples shown (e.g. “+57% at 10×”) are arithmetic illustrations of the same past move, not achievable promises; leverage magnifies losses identically.

4. Conflicts of interest

(a) taominal participates in exchange affiliate programs (currently Bybit; additional supported exchanges we list, such as MEXC, may follow) and receives commissions that scale with the trading activity of referred accounts. (b) Free access to Genesis Pro is conditioned on trading volume ($100K unlock, $200K monthly maintenance) — taominal therefore benefits when referred users trade more. We state this plainly and repeat: never trade beyond your own plan to unlock or keep access. (c) The operators may hold or trade crypto-assets referenced in transmissions, including TAO (the engine is built on Bittensor) and TIG, which the stra/TIG/y allocation accumulates. (d) taominal receives no payment from user deposits and has no business relationship with issuers of referenced assets.

5. Risk warning

Trading crypto-assets, particularly with leverage, carries a substantial risk of loss up to the total loss of your capital. Past performance and the ledger record are not reliable indicators of future results; outcomes vary with market regime, execution, slippage, fees, and your own configuration.

6. Timeliness

Each transmission speaks only as of its timestamp. We assume no duty to update past transmissions.
