1. Controller

2. The short version
We do not create user accounts and we never have access to your exchange account, your funds, or your TradingView account. Payments are handled entirely by our merchant of record (Whop); indicator delivery runs entirely on TradingView. What we process ourselves is listed exhaustively below — it is deliberately minimal. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers or analytics.

Important limits: the volume figures we receive from the exchange are aggregate referral statistics — we never see your positions, balances, trade history, or account contents.
4. Independent services
The following act as independent controllers under their own policies: Whop (payments, invoicing, refunds — card and crypto), TradingView (your TradingView account and charts), the supported exchange (currently Bybit; your exchange account and all trading), Telegram (messaging and Mini App). Their terms apply when you use them.
5. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies. We load no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party marketing scripts — which is why you see no cookie banner.
6. International transfers
Some providers above process data outside the EU/EEA; transfers rest on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses maintained by those providers.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority — in Portugal the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt). Exercise via [email protected].
